Peggy was recommended by a land owners group I belonged to. Her recommendations for sales price were helpful and accurate. My transaction hit a slight snag after an inspection and she provided the correct guidance (state requirements, etc) to navigate through it and end up with a successful transaction.

Peggy did an outstanding job in helping me sell my property. When I signed the contract Peggy mentioned that it could possibly take up to a year. My property sold within two months. Peggy and her staff were very professional, courteous, respectful and friendly. On top of all of that there communication was second to none. Peggy and her staff kept me updated every step of the way from the signed we signed the contract until the day we closed. From a business standpoint this was one of the most professional dealing I was ever involved in. I would strongly recommend Peggy to anyone.

Peggy and team were on point during the whole selling process. I had a very unique and challenging situation and had to sell a house from across the country and they helped out when and wherever I needed!

Peggy and her team were amazing. They were in communication regularly and kept us up to speed on all aspects of the listing. Once, we were under contract, they continued that correspondence. They were resourceful in problem-solving when things got sticky and were successful at getting the transaction closed. Five Stars!
